Basic FeesBelow are the basic fees for visa application support.
CoCo Immigration Law Office divides the fee list according to the type of applying.
We do not charge any fees until you sign the contract. We also do not charge additional fees without your consent.

- Prices do not include tax. Consumption tax will be charged separately.
- Half of the fee will be charged as a retainer fee for preparation, and the remainder will be settled after the application is accepted by Immigration Services Agency of Japan.
- Actual expenses other than the above, such as revenue stamps, will be added to the balance of the fee after the application is accepted by the bureau.
- If it is difficult to accept only the basic fee in light of the applicant’s situation, we will provide an estimate in advance.
- The consultation fee is 6,000 yen per hour, but it is free of charge if you receive our free Check-Up service.
- We have a separate fee list for Business Manager Visa and Highly Skilled Professionals (i)(c). (See the latter part of this page).
- If you have changed jobs between your previous and this time Application for Extension of Period of Stay, the basic fee is 88,000 yen.
- If your family members apply for permission for permanent residence at the same time, we can support you for an additional fee of 44,000 yen per person.
- If your family members apply for Dependent Visa at the same time, we can support you for an additional fee of 22,000 yen per person.
- Short term stay and Specified Skilled Worker Visa application may be possible at a lower price than the above depending on the contents. Please consult us individually.

- For collecting and applying for necessary documents: If necessary, we can perform procedures on your behalf at Japanese government offices such as Immigration Services Agency of Japan, Legal Affairs Bureau, city/ward offices, tax offices, driver’s license centers, prefectural offices, etc.
- Our translation service is available at 3,300 yen per A4 size sheet. (reference fee for English, Chinese, and Korean.)
Support for “Business Manager”.
The basic fee for “Business Manager” visa support is as follows.
Please note that the following basic fees do not include the costs related to the establishment of the company or the costs for obtaining various permits and licenses necessary to start your business.
When non-Japanese establish a company, he/she needs to consider many restrictions.
We can support in accordance with laws and ordinances related to immigration for obtaining “Business Manager” visa.

for those who wish to get “Business Manager“.

This service is available exclusively for those who wish to obtain Business Manager visa.
We will assist you in establishing your company in accordance with laws and ordinances related to immigration.

Additional Fees
If your situation does not allow us to accept the request with only the above basic fee, we are supposed to inform you in advance that additional fees will be required.
Additional fees vary depending on the type of application and the status of residence being applied for, but here are some of the common items that incur additional fees.
